Instructions for Online PG Admission

Important Note: 

1. Your admission is provisional subject to verification of original documents.

2. After successful provisional admission, the admitted candidate must be physically present in the concerned department of the college for physical verification of original documents within seven working days (Monday to Friday) from 11:00 A.M. to 03:00 P.M. otherwise the admission will be automatically cancelled. In case of any discrepancy/ fraud/falsehood admission will be cancelled.

3. The seat allotment will be strictly based on reservation criteria as per Govt. of India, merit and availability of seats.

4. Gap year applicants have to submit affidavit in appropriate format.

5. The candidates who have claimed their caste category (OBC, SC, ST, EWS) and have to get admission under the category quota claimed, must have to upload their caste certificate / EWS certificate. If he /she is failed to upload the certificates, his/her claim for admission under such category shall not be considered.

जिन अभ्यर्थियों ने अपनी जाति श्रेणी (ओबीसी, एससी, एसटी, ईडब्ल्यूएस) का दावा किया है और दावा किये गये श्रेणी कोटा के तहत प्रवेश प्राप्त करना है, उनको अपना जाति प्रमाण पत्र / ईडब्ल्यूएस प्रमाण पत्र अपलोड करना होगा। यदि वे प्रमाणपत्र अपलोड करने में विफल रहते है, तो ऐसी श्रेणी के तहत प्रवेश का लाभ के दावे पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा ।

6. The candidates who have claimed the weightage of NCC, must have to upload their NCC certificate. If he /she is failed to upload the NCC certificates, the weightage marks will not be added. The admission merit of such candidates shall be considered without NCC weightage marks.

जिन उम्मीदवारों ने एनसीसी के वेटेज का दावा किया है, उन्हें अपना एनसीसी प्रमाण पत्र अपलोड करना होगा। यदि वह एनसीसी प्रमाण पत्र अपलोड करने में विफल रहता है, तो वेटेज अंक नहीं जोड़े जाएंगे। ऐसे उम्मीदवारों का प्रवेश मेरिट एनसीसी वेटेज अंकों के बिना ही मानी जाएगी।

Payment Related Informations 

1. If the payment has been sucesfully completed, Don't try to pay second time. Wait for update the payment for 24 Hrs or more. Kindly check your email received by CC Avenue payment  gateway related to your transaction.

2. For the failure transaction, you will receive a message 

You have not been admitted due to failure of payment. Please try again. During this, if any money has been deducted from your bank account, then it will be returned to your account within 7 banking working days.

3. For any more than one payment, the deducted amount will be refunded in your Account after submitting proof of transaction physically to the office of the Principal.

Steps for the online PG Admission:

•  Step-1: Login the college website www.spmau.ac.in and Click on Admission (top right corner of the website) for online admission in Post-Graduate (M.A./ M.Sc./ M.Com.).

•  Step 2: Check your Cut-off marks of particular subject then Enter your PGAT Roll number and select the Subject in which you opted for admission.

•  Step 3: After verifying details, fill the form and upload the Self-Attested Scanned copies of required Original Documents in pdf/jpg format.
•  
•  Step 4: After successful uploading all the documents, save the data proceed pay the requisite Fee through online payment gateway only.

•  Step 5: In case, the process interrupts at any stage, start again from step 2.

•  Step 6: Please note that your admission is provisional subject to verification of documents.

    a. पी.जी.ए.टी. प्रवेश पत्र एवं स्कोर कार्ड
    b. हाई-स्कूल (10th), इंटर (12th) और स्नातक (UG) के अंकपत्र एवं प्रमाण पत्र की मूल प्रति एवं फोटो प्रतिलिपीयाँ
    c. गैप वर्ष (स्नातक या समकक्ष के पश्चात यदि कोई गैप है) के लिए शपथ पत्र (यदि लागू हो) (10 रु के गैर-न्यायिक स्टांप पेपर) |
    d. टी.सी. /माइग्रेशन प्रमाणपत्र एवं चरित्र प्रमाण पत्र की मूल प्रति जमा करनी होगी
    e. ओ. बी. सी. (Non-Creamy Layer)-Central Govt./ एस. सी / एस. टी एवं आर्थिक रूप से पिछड़े (ई.डब्लू.एस) छात्र जाति (Central Govt.)एवं आय का वैध प्रमाण-पत्र की मूल प्रति एवं फोटो प्रतिलिपीयाँ लाएँ |

NOTE :

1. It shall mandatory for the candidate to appear in person for original documents verification before the Admission Committee with print out of the Provisional admission form, Fee Acknowledgement slip, PGAT Score Sheet, PGAT Admit Card, all the original documents, two passport size photo and a self attested copy of all attached documents. Transfer Certificate/migration, Character Certificate (CC), Gap year affidavit, ANTI RAGGING AFFIDAVIT (UNDERTAKING BY STUDENT & PARENT/GUARDIAN) will be submitted original on the verification day. The candidate is required to opt subjects, available in the college at the time of admission. The candidate will be admitted in the faculty, for which he/she has appeared in PGAT 2023

2. In default of any aforesaid document, the Admission shall not be granted to the candidate. The Candidate will forfeit his/her claim of admission in case of his/her failure to present the original documents to the admission committee on the verification day.

3. During any stage of admission/study, if it is proved that the admission was taken on any false information/forged documents, such admission shall be liable to be cancelled and the fee deposited will be forfeited. The college may initiate penal action against such defaulter.

Reservation Policy for Self-Financing PG Courses.

1. Reservation in admission in PG (Self-Financing Courses) shall be governed by the Reservations policy as enforced/amended by the MHRD/UGC & University of Allahabad.

Non-Subject candidates will also be considered for admission in PG (Self-Financing) Courses with eligibility Conditions as University of Allahabad rules of PGAT Admission -2023.

NOTE : The Candidate will deposit fee online through internet banking/ Debit Card/ Credit Card/ UPI by CC Avenue channel. Other mode of fee deposition such as NEFT/IMPS, etc. will not be accepted

Fee Structure for PG Courses (Self-Financing) 

NOTE : Refund of Fee for PG

1) The full admission fee will be refunded if final admission is not granted.

2) 50% admission fee will be refunded within 15 days of final admission.

3) No fee will be refunded after the 15 days of final admission granted.

4) For claiming the refund, students must present an application for cancellation of admission and refund the fee.

5) Registration/counselling/processing fee will not be refunded at any stage.
